(Paint Grade) Coring – greater than 30% – Can be used for two storey construction. 90mm MPa – greater than 12 – Not suitable for fire rating application. – Usually on the heavier side. – Where paint grade finish is required. 162mm – Avoids having to render the brick first before painting. – Made in such a manner to minimise cracking, 305mm spotting and manufacturing faults so that paint can be applied directly to the brick. Maxi-One FW0308 Weight – between 5.1-5.9kg – Single storey dwellings only. 90mm Coring – greater than 30% – Not suitable for fire rating application. MPa – greater than 10 162mm – Because they are 10 MPa, Maxi ones are only suitable for single storey construction.
