3 AIRCRAFT
ZERO2: three concepts for the world’s first zero-emission commercial aircraft To enter service by 2035. Various technology pathways and aerodynamic configurations All concepts with hydrogen as a primary power source
Guillaume Faury, Airbus CEO. “I strongly believe that the use of hydrogen – both in synthetic fuels and as a primary power source for commercial aircraft – has the potential to significantly reduce aviation's climate impact.”

7 BUSES
Binding Senat`s directive that from 2020 only emission-free buses will be procured Successful tests with hydrogen buses from 2003 Currently tender for 50 hydrogen buses ongoing
Hamburger Hochbahn AG issued a Hydrogen supply on bus depots from own refuelling tender for 50 fuel cell buses (….). The stations tender´s specification requires a minimum distance of 300 km for solo buses and 230 for articulated. This was Joint waste to hydrogen project with city cleaning utility preceded by an Europe-wide procedure in which manufacturers had to qualify to take part in the tender (….). Hochbahn has several years of experience with hydrogen. Source: Heise
