Season Brochure 2020-2021 SEASON BROCHURE 2020-2021 Ph ot o b y J er em y D an ie l Dear Patron, We hope you and your families are safe during these unprecedented times. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all that have been impacted by the COVID-19 Virus. We want to assure you that the RP Funding Center is committed to providing a clean and safe facility for our patrons and will continue to monitor the situation while adhering to the State of Florida, City of Lakeland and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Our staff will be following CDC safety guidelines including: the wearing of masks, practicing social distancing, regularly scheduled cleaning and disinfecting and the use of hand sanitation dispensers located throughout the facility. Nevertheless, whether you are attending one of our Broadway shows, conferences, or coming to the RP Funding Center for a meeting, we ask that you please follow the guidelines posted throughout the Center and available on our website to ensure a safe visit. We are excited to announce our upcoming 2020 – 2021 season of entertainment and to hopefully provide a sense of normalcy for everyone. The season is packed with Broadway, Variety, Comedy, Music and Holiday cheer. When deciding on this year’s selections, we encourage you to take advantage of the savings offered by our Broadway Series Subscription and our Build-A-Series package. Both options offer discounts and benefits all season long. Don’t forget to come out and support our professional sports teams; the Lakeland Magic of the NBA G-League and the Florida Tropics MASL indoor soccer team. Season ticket information will be posted on our website in the fall. In closing a note of thanks to our loyal partners, the City of Lakeland and the Ledger Media Group for their continued support. And finally, thank you to our patrons for your support in making the RP Funding Center Florida’s premiere destination for conventions, sports, lifestyle and entertainment. Sincerely, Anthony Camarillo Executive Director PARKING Parking is available for RP Funding Center guests in parking lots surrounding the facility. Parking fee is $10. Broadway Season subscribers must display their parking pass to obtain their complimentary parking. No refund will be given to subscribers who do not present their pass. ACCESSIBLE PARKING For events or performances at the facility you can conveniently park in the Red/Orange parking lot and enter through Entrance #2. This ground level entrance provides easier wheelchair and mobility scooter access. In case of inclement weather, all four entrances to the RP Funding Center are ADA accessible and may be used as drop-off or pick-up locations. Youkey Theatre guests that want to be dropped off are encouraged to use the drop-off and pick-up location off Orange Street at Entrance #4. Accessible parking has been added to the Purple lot conveniently located on Lime Street. PARKING FOR GROUPS The drop-off and pick-up for Group Buses is located at Entrance #4 on Orange Street.
