G.N. 7161 LAND (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ORDINANCE (Chapter 28) (Notice of designation of strategic street, sensitive street and remaining street under section 10U(1)(a)) Pursuant to section 10U(1)(a) of the Land (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Chapter 28), notice is hereby given that the Director of Highways has designated:— (i) Streets or parts of streets listed in Table A annexed hereto as strategic streets; (ii) Streets or parts of streets listed in Table B annexed hereto as sensitive streets; and (iii) Streets or parts of streets other than those listed in Table A and B as remaining streets. A complete set of plans indicating the above-mentioned designated streets may be inspected by members of the public free of charge at the offices of Highways Department at 7th Floor, Government Offices, 333 , ; 13th Floor, Nan Fung Commercial Centre, 19 Lam Lok Street, Bay, Kowloon; and 2nd Floor, Government Offices, 88 Chung Hau Street, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon during the following hours when those offices are normally open to the public:— Opening hours except general holidays:— Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5.45 p.m. This notice will take effect from 19 December 2016 and will supersede G.N. 1555 gazetted on 18 March 2016.
