The Skills Enrichment Scholarship Program was created in 2002 and awards scholarships annually. Funded by the Lee/Irwin Endowment and Dr. Dawod Moola Award, the scholarships provide funding assistance to front line employees of Cypress Health Region who wish to upgrade their skills and further their education thereby improving the quality of healthcare for the residents of Southwest Saskatchewan. Scholarships paid out to date (2002- 2011): $295,813.50
