A bare sloping seabed down to 4m where the seaweed 31 4.8m John begins. Kelp covered boulders at 6m and then it drops off with rock walls 32 Debi covered with short animal turf. Quite silty as the tidal stream does not 33 11.2m 13c Chris flush it out hence Stinking Port no doubt!. 004 34 Darren 35 15/06/2014 Stinking Port 9.1m 14c Chris CH Another training dive from Laigh Isle 005. DATE SITE DEPTH TEMP DIVERS Cox NOTES 65 22/06/2014 S.S.Woodburn 6.4m 16c Mike CH A shallow training dive and a chance for Steve to get the weighting right 66 Helen for his new kit. Quite warm but this was in shallow water 67 Chris 68 Elizabeth 69 Steve 70 25/06/2014 Andy's Patch N 25m 14c Russ CH A bit breezy and drizzling causing a short sea round Burrow Head. Viz 5/6m Dived at HW with current dropping off. 76 Debi Between the shallower reef 11m and the deeper one at 18m quite a sandy 77 Alison slope has now built up with little life on it. At 18m the rough ground with 78 John short animal turf merits close inspection. Quite a few small lobsters 79 Phil around. 80 Helen 81 29/06/2014 Devils Bridge 14m 15c Mel CH Got out to Devil's Bridge but were delayed geeting in. Viz on the wreck was good for us at about 94 21m Bert 6/7m. Wreck still covered by a vast range of animal turf. 95 Phil Gassed off in Tobermoray which was good and when we were there the 96 Helen sun broke out which lightened our hearts ready for the dive on the Hispania 97 21m Chris 98 Debi 99 S.S.Hispania 28m 12c Bert Had too wait quite a while for the slack window to appear and when we hit 100 John it was still running. This was good experience for the divers who had 102 Mel never dived a big wreck before and they were all blown away by visibility 103 26m Alison and profusion of life on the wreck. We were lucky to have it all to ourselves 104 Mike The weather now turned into a beautiful afternoon / evening and we all 105 20.4m Phil lazed on the front of the boat enjoying the scenery and detouring to view 106 Chris the seals 107 Debi 108 05/07/2014 S.S.Thesis 34.8m 11/12c Bert PB Much better weather today for the early start to get to the Thesis.
