Highly polished letter/numerals mounted on electric blue rectangular steel backing. E3002 a 25KV Bo-Bo AL1 (later class 81) locomotive, was built by AEI and entered service 01/1960 being withdrawn 11/1968 without receiving a TOPS number. 5 A Vic Welch Original Painting DARTMOUTH CASTLE. Depicts three-quarter view of ‘Castle’ class 4-6-0 4088 in Great Western livery on shed. C/W mount and gold finished glazed frame. Weld repair invisible from repainted front. 11¾” x 3½”. 7 A ‘Sykes’ London Brighton & South Coast Railway Brass-Cased Home Banner Signalbox Repeater. Face marked L.B.&S.C.R. 1042 and ON/OFF. C/W engraved description plate No 13 SOUTH SECTION STARTER below case. 8 A Diesel Locomotive Radiator Plate HUNSLET. Rectangular cast brass with slightly curved top edge, the lettering following the same profile. Originates from former NCB industrial locomotive. Repainted front. 41” x 8”. 9 A North Eastern Railway Hotel Silverplated Candlestick Holder. Circular bowl shaped base with ornate top edge clearly engraved NORTH EASTERN HOTEL in full garter. Candle holder slots into base. 7½” dia. 10 A Shedplate 84C – Banbury 1948 to 09/1963, Truro 09/1963 to 10/1965. Repainted. 11 A Great Western Railway Silverplated Toast Rack. Four-slice ‘church door’ arched rack c/w corresponding top handle made by ‘Elkington’. Clearly engraved with twin-shield device with GREAT WESTERN RAILWAY HOTELS in scroll below. 12 A Collection of (approx 25) Medium Format B/W Negatives featuring BR Era Steam Views.
