DRINK OF THE WEEK “airheads blue raspberry freeze”

Taco Bell’s Airheads Blue Raspberry freeze is a refreshing, unique spin on a classic slushy that will drive candy lovers crazy. The fi rst sip of this bright blue drink tastes exactly like Airheads candy, with a surprisingly strong emphasis on the sourness of Airheads. The syrup used is extremely sweet and turns your tongue blue the way the actual candy does. This drink can be enjoyed alongside a Taco Bell meal, or by itself to help cool you off during those random heat waves. The swirl of slushed ice does not melt easily. In fact, it stays impressively intact until you decide to slurp the last sip. The only warning that should come with this freeze is that it contains enough syrup to send you into a sugar rush through time, making you remember the days you would eat enough Airheads to stain your mouth for days. You can fi nd this drink at selected Taco Bell locations. The price for a regular size freeze varies from $2.29 to $3 but can be bought for $1 during Taco Bell’s daily happy hour, which is from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
