Bus Trip to the National Quartet Convention in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee September 30 - October 4, 2020 Yes, the National Quartet Convention is confirmed!! This will be a wonderful time to get away from the hustle and bustle of the past few months, and be refreshed, encouraged and lifted up with great Gospel music and teaching!! Join us as we travel to Pigeon Forge - America’s Vacation Destination, with lots of great restaurants, dinner shows, etc. to provide unlimited entertainment if you wish to spend some time away from the National Quartet Convention during your stay. Daytime concerts and Chapel events give you the ability to fill your days with Gospel Music, followed by a top-notch concert in the evening featuring your favorite Artists. Browse Artist booths to pick up gifts for yourself and your family/ friends, and meet the Artists/singers as well! If you’d like to do other things while in Pigeon Forge, we are VERY flexible in letting you do things on your own. Daytime Events & Chapel Services All events, including the Chapel Services and daytime events, are held at the LeConte Center, making it very easy to attend any or all the events you’d like!! The NQC artist showcase events will be held in the Food Court of the LeConte Center. Deposit A deposit of $100 per person is required to confirm your reservation. The entire remaining balance due must be received by July 20, 2020. (Note: If submitting full payment by this time is going to be a problem, contact us and we’ll try to work with you.) Cost (Per Person Based on Occupancy) Single: $859; Double: $669/person; Triple: $609/person; Quad: $594/person ALL rooms are at the beautiful Inn on the River right on the Parkway beside The Christmas Place!! Plus, there is a trolley stop right out front for added convenience if you’d like to do sightseeing and shopping on your own! Room-sharing note: If you are sharing a room with someone and they cancel, be advised that you are responsible for the additional amount due for the room prior to the departure date.
