Empowering diversity in World Championship Message from the Founder

Dear Stakeholders, This document contains the culmination of combined personal and professional experience in business, human development and elite performance that has been focused on providing opportunities, support, and community support for the development of professional motorcycle racing. The models presented have been proven across multiple sporting environments, while the world of action and has been left behind for most. Many of the most promising talents never reach the world stage, and if you are from North, Central, or South America the opportunities to develop at the level which could be competitive internationally does not exist. While the United States has leading sporting institutions for its primary media driven sports; I found that young boys and girls who desire to place their countries flag on their suits and represent their home around the world was thwart with obstacles above and beyond passion and skill. About the Founder

• Michael Torres is an American US Army Combat veteran whose passion for racing and began before the age of 10 years old. As an adult, the opportunity to transition his acquired knowledge and skill from his varied life experiences as a combat military leader, a high-performance coach & manager, a Master Trainer/Educator in Sport Performance, consultant to professional sport teams, and an executive coach to business leaders and executives at some of the world’s top organizations towards those who did not have a clear pathway to achieve their personal vision was the fuel behind this project.

• In 2015, having established himself as a globally respected professional in human performance and High-Performance coaching, Michael began the journey that was the foundation for the presentation that follows. From the regional racing in the USA to the Italian CIV, Spanish CEV, Redbull Rookies World Championship and MotoGP Michael established relationships with key stakeholders that became critical to the vision presented here.

• Along with his entrepreneurial goals, the Americas Talent Team Academy represents a way to give to a community that represents key lifelong skill development on and off the track.
