CATHOLIC SCHOOL NEWS

January is a busy time within the school. We are preparing for our Open House on Sunday, January 27, from 123 p.m., we are prepping for all the fun activities that are planned for Catholic Schools Week, and we are fin- ishing 2nd quarter. While it is staying busy, we wouldn't mind a snow day or two. ;) The class in the spotlight is the Kindergarten class: Happy New Year!!! While we really enjoyed spending time with our families and friends during our Christmas break, we are super glad to be back in school. We really miss our classmates and teachers when we are not at school. Our teacher, Mrs. Lindsey, misses us terribly when we are not here at school. She said we all look so much bigger since she saw us in December. There are so many exciting things coming up in the next couple of months. We can’t wait for all the fun activi- ties like Catholic Schools Week, the 100th day of school, and Valentine’s Day! Who said the winter months are boring? Not us! We can’t wait to participate in all the winter fun! Anyway, we are super glad to be back in school. Mrs. Lindsey said we are not allowed to be off school anymore because she misses us too much! (Well, except for maybe a snow day or two, because those are just plain old fun!) Well, it’s time to get back to work! We got things to learn, books to read, people to see, and stuff to do! Have A Great Weekend! Yours In Monkey Business, All 22 Kindergarten Snow Monkeys (That are super excited for fun snowy days!)
