From Newcastle Emlyn, take the B4333 signed for . Pass the dairy on the left and, where the B road bends round to the right, take the minor country lane that goes straight on. Follow this road for a mile, passing a farm which sits on either side of the road. The entrance to the property is on the left about 1/2 mile further on, it is a wide tarmac entrance and after 50m or so becomes two tarmac strips with grass growing down the middle.
