The Gramercy Residences at Century City

May 2012 Gramercy in approaches final stages of completion Residents of The Gramercy Residences at Century City can look forward to moving into their new homes in December as the Philippines’ tallest tower to date has reached its finishing stages in May.

The installation of doors, windows, tiles and flooring in the building’s more than 70 storeys has been completed, as well as the interior finishes for all Gramercy units. Building interior and exterior paintworks for hallways, elevator lobbies and the structure’s exterior are ongoing.

Works in the building have moved on to the application of finishes in the SkyPark level, the multiple‐level amenity areas located halfway up the building. Ceiling works for the tower’s ground floor are likewise in‐progress.

Upon completion, the Gramercy Residences will be the first building in the Philippines to turn over residential units that have the capability for fiber‐internet service, allowing download speeds of 10‐30 mbps. Fiber optic cables have been installed in each of Gramercy’s units for high‐speed internet connection.

The Century City retail center right beside Gramercy is swiftly rising, with formworks and rebar installation reaching the fourth level in early May.

The Gramercy Residences is the Philippine’s first Fully‐furnished, Hyper‐amenitized luxury condominium to rise at Century City in Kalayaan Avenue, Makati, Philippines. It features a first‐of‐its kind SkyPark, an oasis of amenities located halfway up the tower. The project is owned and developed by Century City Development Corporation under Century Properties Group, Inc.
