To do this first round up to the nearest inch. (Example: 12 ¼ X 15 ½ door would be 13 X 16). Then multiply the length X width and divide by 144. Round that answer to the nearest 1/100 of a foot. (Example: 13 X 16 = 208 ÷ 144 = 1.44). Multiply that answer by the cost. Now find the style costs located in the charts on the following pages and add this to the wood cost total. This is the cost of the door. Repeat this for each door to find the total cost. An easy to use pricing program is available, see page 2.

Stile and Rail Profiles The Stile and Rail profile comes with eased edges. With the cutter profile having a slight radius where the panel meets the stile, the stain can work its way under the stile. Thus when movement from panel contraction occurs, it will help to eliminate the unfinished part of the panel from showing as easily as traditional cabinet door cutting.

Circle Sawn Rustic Doors

Full Circle Sawn Skipped Circle Sawn (Shown in reverse flat panel) (Shown in raised panel)

What to expect with circle sawn doors: These doors are created to mimic old barn board doors. Any dirt marks from the process are left on the boards. Boards with water stain are used. Some dirt marks and the water stain will not be able to be removed and is considered to be part of the rustic look. Small structurally sound knots may also be present. Glue lines in panels and stile and rail joints may not line up height wise and is considered to be part of the rustic look. Crayon markings are removed or cut out as with large structurally unsound cracks. Wood Tech attempts to remove all glue on doors and fronts.

• Create a barn board look. • Back side sanded flush for a tight cabinet fit. • Available in raised panel or reverse flat panel. • Cabinet stock and random available. • Circle sawn woods available: Red Oak, White Oak, Hard Maple, & Hickory
