We raised the tower onto a multi-storey podium. this means that even the lowest residential floor is perched high above the street level and can enjoy good views.

The tower is purpose designed for the plot. The unique triangular shape of the tower opens up the apartments in directions that are not obstruct- ed by nearby buildings, allowing for unrestricted views.
