Complaints: who to contact If you have a complaint about a , GP practice, mental health, community or other NHS services in Barking, Dagenham, Havering or Redbridge, please contact the relevant organisation directly. All services providing NHS care have a complaints process in line with the NHS complaints procedure.

Complaint about Contact GP practice, dentist, pharmacist In the first instance it is recommended the practice manager is or optometrist contacted to resolve any complaints.

If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the practice manager, you can make a written complaint to the practice. Alternatively you can write to NHS England who is responsible for commissioning primary care (GP) services, as well as dentists, optometrists. (CCGs are not responsible for dealing with complaints about GPs or their practices)
