It is in this spiritof cooperationthat we ask the SPCto reconsider its decision to “table” pursuit of the final 14 miles of the Mon Fayette Expresswayfrom Route 51 to Interstate 376 by excludingthis long-term project from the 2017-20Transportation ImprovementPlan.
