LEGO IN BRAZIL:

The start of LEGO’S direct operations in Brazil was in 1986, when a factory was built in Manaus (AM [state of Amazonas]) and an office was opened in São Paulo. However, both installations were closed later, in 1998, when the company was undergoing worldwide restructuring. Starting in 2005, MCassab became the brand’s representative in Brazil.

Considering the potential of the Brazilian market, LEGO took a major strategic step in its business in the country and it opened its own office in São Paulo, in May 2014. With the mission of inspiring tomorrow’s constructors, the company wants to disseminate its values - creativity, imagination, learning and fun - for Brazilian children and families.
