Oversaw the management of the permanent collection including its research, cataloging, and conservation. Developed and oversaw

1 permanent collection information systems, the Museum’s library and archive. Developed and oversaw temporary exhibitions, public programs and publicity. Supervised the Museum staff of eleven part-time employees, two graduate assistants, two-to-four graduate and undergraduate interns and up to fifteen docents (para-professional museum educators). Educated and trained the museum staff and university students in museum practices and procedures. Initiated, developed and implemented public education programs (adult and youth programs). Researched, published and lectured on the permanent collection, permanent collection exhibitions and temporary exhibitions.
