ORDER Since a Corona positive case has been reported by RT-PCR Lab., Civil Hospital, Sirsa in Ward No. 20, Chauhan of house of Sh. Pritam Nagar, Bindu MC Wali Gali, Mandi Dabwali (District Sirsa), therefore, the area/street comprising Dass s/o Sh. Baba Dass to house Sh. Raj Kumar s/o Sh. Kapur Singh (on one slde) and from house of Sh. Bhim Sain s/o Sh. Hakam Chand to house of Sh. Gagan s/o Sh. The District Programme Officer, Women & Child Development Department, Sirsa will deploy Supervisors and a Women & Child Development Project Officer to monitor/supervise the activities, as and when required by the Civil Surgeon, Sirsa. All the staff on duty shall be provided with personal protective equipments and other required devices for screening/thermal scanning etc. by the Civil Surgeon, Sirsa. A Control Room shall be set up in UPHC, Chauhan Nagar, Mandi Dabwali. Sh. Rajesh Kumar, TGT (Math), GSSS Mandi Dabwali (94667-79977) shall be the incharge of this Control Room. Dr. Harsimran, Medical Officer (97797- 27500) SDCH Mandi Dabwali and WCDPo, Dabwali shall run/carry out health care activities from there. Sh. Veer Bhan, TGT (Punjabi), GMS Lakhuana (94169-25496) is hereby appointed as Duty Magistrate u/s Sec. 22 ) & 23 (i) of Cr. PC., 1973 for maintaining law and order, round the clock in the Containment/Buffer Zone. Inward and Outward Movement of inhabitants/public in Containment Zone, except for emergency services, shall be absolutely restricted and the respective Containment Zones shall be sealed by deployment of adequate police force for maintenance of law and order beside setting up required number of Nakas/Barricadings etc. by Superintendent of Police, Sirsa. Necessary barricading of the Containment Zone as well as Buffer Zone shall be done by the Executive Engineer, PWD (B&R) Divn.l/1, Sirsa in consultation with the Police Authorities. All the activities, except emergency services, running in the Containment Zone shall remain suspended till further orders. The entire areas of Containment/Buffer Zone will be fully got sanitized by Secretary, Municipal Council, Mandi Dabwali, daily. It shall be ensured by him that the staff deployed for complete sanitization of different localities are adequately provided with personal protective equipments viz. face masks, gloves, caps, sanitizers, shoes and also follow social distancing norms. Ambulances and other para-medical staff alongwith sufficient stock of personal protective equipments/devices and required medicines shall be kept at the control room by the Civil Surgeon, Sirsa. DIO, NIC, Sirsa shall deploy Data Entry Operators, alongwith necessary infrastructure to receive phone calls and keep record of it and also discharge other duties in the above mentioned Control Room, as per requirement. All basic amenities (Cleanliness, Toilets, Drinking Water Supply, Electricity supply etc) in the Control Room shall be ensured by Medical Officer-Incharge, UPHC, Chauhan Nagar, Mandi Dabwali/Secretary, Municipal Council, Mandi Dabwali. Demand of essential goods/commodities such as raw ration/milk/grocery/medicine/vegetables shall be worked out and lists shall be prepared by DFS, Sirsa. There shall be separate packets of vegetables, ration/grocery items, milk etc. and delivery of the same would be ensured at the door step. The delivery boys/vendors should wear personal protective equipments and drop/deliver the packets at the door-step itselt. They will not go inside of any house or make physical contact with any person. The grocery items, milk, vegetables, medicine/personal protective items etc. shall be made available according to the demand by D.F.S.C., Sirsa, AGM Milk Plant, Secretary, Market Committee, Dabwali and Civil Surgeon, Sirsa respectively and all these items shall be kept in respective Control Rooms in sufficient quantity under the supervision of D.F.S.C.
