New June Wedding Menu

One of the most exciting aspects of planning a wedding is choosing what your cake will look and taste like.

At New June we believe that cake should taste as good as it looks. Choose from our cake and filling options and then take it to the next level with a Swiss meringue buttercream covered cake, decorated with beautiful and organic fresh flowers to mark your special occasion.

Below are some suggestions of typical cake sizes and combinations to create a multi-tiered . Please refer to our cake menu for current flavors and fillings.

We love dreaming up and developing new cake flavors for clients, this process does, however, come with some additional costs that can be discussed.

Cake tastings are available starting at $35.

To serve 10 6” 3 layers - $85

To serve 15 8” 3 layers - $110

To serve 25 6” tier, 8” tier - $150

To serve 35 6” tier, 10” tier - $250

To serve 50 8” tier, 12” tier - $375

To serve 100 to 200 guests

8” tier, 12” tier $375 OR 4” tier, 6” tier, 12” tier- $400 - plus additional single-tiered, multi layer , or multi tiered from the pricing schedule above. These cakes can be kept behind the scenes and portioned and served along with the display cake, or displayed with the “main cake” decorated with beautiful and organic fresh flowers as well. This is a great option for offering more than one cake flavor to guests.

Inclusions, Delivery & Assembly:

All the above prices include fresh flowers. An assembly fee of $100 is required for larger tiered cakes feeding 50 and more. This means one of our highly skilled bakers will deliver your cake, assemble the tiers and add the finishing touches on site. The above prices do not include delivery.

2. Blackout Chocolate Stout Cake with Salted Caramel Swiss Meringue Buttercream Suggested frosting flavors: • Salted caramel swiss meringue buttercream • Classic Vanilla cream cheese frosting • Chocolate cream cheese frosting • Salted Dark Chocolate swiss buttercream

3. Neapolitan: Vanilla, Chocolate & Strawberry cake layers paired with classic vanilla swiss meringue buttercream & strawberry cream & jam in the layers (naturally flavored & dyed cake)

4. Pistachio & Almond Semolina Cake with Rose & Lemon Swiss Meringue Buttercream: this is a gluten free citrus cake, it is incredibly moist, the slightly tart citrus cake is perfectly balanced with a lovely, silky, not too sweet meringue buttercream flavored with rose water and lemon

5. Coconut Cake with Almond, Classic Vanilla Buttercream, Coconut milk and coconut pastry cream, with layered toasted coconut brittle.

6. Vanilla & Lemon Cake with classic swiss meringue buttercream and layered lemon cream
