Sales Operations Analyst

Corel’s Operations Analyst will report to the VP of Sales Operations and will work extensively with the Team and the Sales Teams to provide insight into performance and trends.

Location: Austin or Ottawa

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English essential • Exceptional attention to detail. • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce and Tableau preferred • Advanced excel user • Highly numeric with a strong analytical background • Professional experience in data analysis and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management • Excellent understanding of book to bill sales processes • Commissions calculation/management would be an advantage • Personable; able to work as a member of a team and to interact with peers and internal customers in other departments

Responsibilities:

• Managing the field sales incentive compensation process and analyzing sales force realignment requests • Managing approval and calculation of rebate and MDF payments • Updating NetSuite and Salesforce.com as needed, and run ad-hoc reports - particularly for rep deal allocation • Performing renewal analyses and calculate contract renewal rates • Providing support and assistance to the Sales Team regarding sales process, deal structure and policy guidance • Preparing ad hoc analyses to aid in • Reviewing and providing updates to company policies and procedures • Supporting senior executives, sales operations and the sales organizations • Implementing best practices with regards to data integrity. This includes performing database cleanup procedures in addition to enforcing standards and procedures to ensure data quality • Maintaining expert knowledge on our Tableau platform, processes and reporting. • Performing administrative tasks as needed
