All Seasons Arena Opened in 1974, All Seasons Arena has served as the home of Minnesota State Hockey for more than 25 years. With the completion of the MSU Hockey Complex addition (renamed The Don Brose Hockey Center in Oct. of 2000) to All Seasons Arena in the summer of 1999, the Mavericks can claim practice and administrative facilities second-to-none. The facility is named after the former coach of MSU’s men’s hockey program, Don Brose. Brose, who led the Mavericks to a NCAA Division II title in 1980, completed his 30-year coaching career following the 1999-2000 season with a 536-335-79 record. Constructed to accommodate MSU’s men’s and women’s hockey programs, All Seasons Arena features several amenities in making it one of the top college hockey administrative facilities in the nation. With two different-sized ice sheets - one regulation and one Olympic, ASA gives the Mavericks unique flexibility. The two-story 96,000-square foot Don Brose Hockey Center, completed in August of 1999, boasts student study center/lounge area equipped with computers, video equipment and a big screen television. The complex also includes a reception area, athletic training room, equipment room, men’s and women’s hockey coaches offices, weight room and locker room areas. The Don Brose Hockey Center is located in All Seasons Arena at 1251 Monks, Suite 2 and the phone number is 507-389-1210.
