TAMIL NADU WAQF BOARD, CHENNAI Taking over of the Thuckalay Anchuvannam Peer Muhummedia Muslim Association, Thuckalay, Kalkulam, under the Direct Management (Rc. No. 144/11/B1/KK)

No.VI-3(a)/107/2015. In exercise of the powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Waqf Act 1995 (as amended), the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in its Resolution in Item No. 151/15, Rc. No. 144/11/B1/KK, dated 18-08-2015 has ordered to take over the management of Anchuvannam Peer Muhummedia Muslim Association, Thuckalay, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District under the direct control of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board for a period of one year from the date of the Gazette Notification and to appoint the Superintendent of the Waqf, Tirunelveli as its Executive Officer.
