“Jimmer Fredette played a great game. Did we have something to do with that? Yes. We struggled to defend the other team’s best perimeter player. Their victory tonight was largely thanks to his play. He reminds me a lot of Mark Price, who played at Georgia Tech and had a long career in the NBA. I’m not an NBA manager, but I would put Fredette against a lot of guards in the country.”

Jim Les, Bradley “Jimmer Fredette is a very special player. He is special in his demeanor on the floor and is special in his skill on the floor so it’s not surprising that BYU has been so successful during his tenure here.”

Jim Boylen, Utah “I think he’s the best player in the league in a long time. I haven’t been in this league that long but he’s the best player we’ve played against this year and we’ve played a heck of a schedule. He’s a terrific player, a terrific competitor. He’s a great kid. I think he represents BYU with a lot of class and pride. You should be proud of him. He’s a great player.”
