Structural works continue at ; on track with construction schedule

As of January 2019, concreting works continue at Century Spire with structural rebar works and concrete pouring already at the 43rd floor. This will progress to the upper floors to meet the target top-off schedule by the second quarter of 2019. Facade fabrication and installation works to commence thereafter.

The dramatic façade and crown of Century Spire, designed by New York ground Zero amsterplanner Daniel Libeskind, will be executed by the top international contractor, Jangho Curtain Wall Co. Ltd. The multi- awarded company with over 40 branches worldwide was tapped by Group to implement Libeskind’s bold vision for the building.

Jangho has installed the curtain wall of hundreds of skyscrapers worldwide, including the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, City of Dreams Macau, China’s tallest building Shanghai Tower (632 meters), the Dubai Infinity Tower (the world’s tallest twisting tower), and the China Central Television (CCTV) New Site in Beijing, the world’s most difficult project in curtain wall design. Jangho is currently installing the curtain wall for the new tallest building in world which is located in Saudi Arabia.

For Century Spire, Jangho will install 33,594 square meters of Unitized and Semi-unitized Curtain Wall System with Insulated Glass Units, and a Storefront Curtain Wall System with glass canopies at the Ground level.
