Age 7 • o Goal: A minimum of 10 juggles using their feet or thighs • Dribbling o The player is able to run (dribble) with the ball (touching the ball nearly every step) o The player has developed a fake to the left and take the ball to the right AND… o The player has developed a fake to the right and take the ball to the left • Striking the Ball o The player can consistently strike the ball with the left and right foot and hit the net on the ground or in the air from the penalty spot.

Age 8 • Juggling o Goal: A minimum of 15 juggles using their feet or thighs • Dribbling o The player is able to run (dribble) with the ball (touching the ball nearly every step) o The player has developed a fake to the left and take the ball to the right AND… o The player has developed a fake to the right and take the ball to the left • Striking the Ball o The player can consistently strike the ball with the left and right foot and hit the net on the ground or in the air from the penalty spot. • the Ball

o The player can consistently properly pass the ball with the inside of the foot over 10 yards…both one touch & two touch

Age 9 • Juggling o Goal: A minimum of 30 juggles using their feet or thighs o A minimum of 5 consecutive juggles on the right foot ONLY o A minimum of 5 consecutive juggles on the left foot ONLY o A minimum of 5 consecutive juggles on the right & left thighs o Able to start on the end line and juggle to the of the using any part of their body without the ball hitting the ground • Dribbling o The player is able to run (dribble) with the ball (touching the ball nearly every step) o The player has developed a fake to the left and take the ball to the right AND… o The player has developed a fake to the right and take the ball to the left • Striking the Ball o The player can consistently strike the ball with the left and right foot and hit the back of the net on fly from the top of the penalty box • Passing the Ball o The player can consistently properly pass the ball with the inside of the foot over 10 yards…both one touch & two touch

Age 10 • Juggling o Goal: A minimum of 40 juggles using their feet or thighs o A minimum of 8 consecutive juggles on the right foot ONLY o A minimum of 8 consecutive juggles on the left foot ONLY o A minimum of 8 consecutive juggles on the right & left thighs o Able to start on the end line and juggle to the top of the box using any part of their body without the ball hitting the ground • Dribbling o The player is able to run (dribble) with the ball (touching the ball nearly every step) o The player has developed a fake to the left and take the ball to the right AND…

o The player has developed a fake to the right and take the ball to the left • Striking the Ball o The player can consistently strike a ROLLING ball with the left and right foot and hit the back of the net on fly from the top of the penalty box • Passing the Ball o The player can consistently properly pass the ball with the inside of the foot over 10 yards…both one touch & two touch o The player has learned to chip the ball in the air • 1 vs 1 Defending o The player can position themselves in a 45’ angle so they can force the attacker one way

Age 11 • Juggling o Goal: A minimum of 50 juggles using their feet or thighs o A minimum of 10 consecutive juggles on the right foot ONLY o A minimum of 10 consecutive juggles on the left foot ONLY o A minimum of 10 consecutive juggles on the right & left thighs o Able to start on the end line and juggle to the top of the box using any part of their body without the ball hitting the ground • Dribbling o The player is able to run (dribble) with the ball (touching the ball nearly every step) o The player has developed a fake to the left and take the ball to the right AND… o The player has developed a fake to the right and take the ball to the left • Striking the Ball o The player can consistently strike a ROLLING ball with the left and right foot and hit the back of the net on fly from the top of the penalty box • Passing the Ball o The player can consistently properly pass the ball with the inside of the foot over 10 yards…both one touch & two touch o The player has learned to chip the ball in the air for 15+ yards to a target • 1 vs 1 Defending

o The player can position themselves in a 45’ angle so they can force the attacker one way. Only commit/tackle if the player is certain he/she can win the ball

Age 12 • Juggling o Goal: A minimum of 75 juggles using their feet or thighs o A minimum of 15 consecutive juggles on the right foot ONLY o A minimum of 15 consecutive juggles on the left foot ONLY o A minimum of 15 consecutive juggles on the right & left thighs o Able to start on the end line and juggle to the top of the box using ONLY the feet o Complete the “Around the World” 2 juggles on the right foot then on the second touch pop the ball up to the thigh and complete 2 juggles on the right thigh and then bump the ball up to the head and complete 2 juggles on the head then complete 2 juggles on the left thigh and finally 2 juggles on the left foot. …the ball never touches the ground. • Dribbling o The player is able to run (dribble) with the ball (touching the ball nearly every step) o The player has developed a fake to the left and take the ball to the right AND… o The player has developed a fake to the right and take the ball to the left • Striking the Ball o The player can consistently strike a ROLLING ball with the left and right foot and hit the back of the net on fly from the top of the penalty box • Passing the Ball o The player can consistently properly pass the ball with the inside of the foot over 10 yards…both one touch & two touch o The player has learned to chip the ball in the air for 25+ yards to a target • 1 vs 1 Defending o The player can position themselves in a 45’ angle so they can force the attacker one way.
