WE believes that “Empowerment” is the key component for all women in search of living a fulfilling life. A fulfilling life does not mean that you have it all together. It means that you know who WE are inside, even when WE are still trying to figure out the rest. At times, WE give our power away to something or someone because WE find it difficult to talk about entrepreneurship, life balance, prosperity, politics and self-promotion. How do we get that power back? WE Conference will speak to these issues to EMPOWER WOMEN, building a force to impact the world around us.

WE Conference will include two (2) dynamic, inspiring keynote speakers: Lt. Governor of Kentucky, Jenean Hampton and Educator and 1st Lady, City of Hopkinsville, Faye Hendricks.

WE Conference also includes two (2) exciting, training plenary sessions: Education = Empowerment and Making the Dream Jump.

Education = Empowerment showcases three (3) amazing women for you to learn and grow from. Their knowledge, skills and abilities have put them on a platform to make rewarding differences in people lives everyday. These three (3) amazing women will share their stories in hopes of guiding you toward being successful in life and career. Kelli Pendleton, President, Christian County Chamber, Ruth Lynch, Minority Teacher Recruiter Christian County Board of Education and Lynn Pryor, Commonwealth Attorney 3rd Judicial Circuit

Making the Dream Jump highlights (3) extraordinary women for you to gain insight and inspiration. Many women desire to “Make the Dream Jump” in their career, business and family life. These extraordinary women have “made the dream jump” and are impacting lives personally and professionally. You will gain the tools, knowledge and information that help you to “Make the Dream Jump.” Sarah Whitaker, Williams Advertising, Paula Hampton, Little Miracle Child Development Center and Merry Beth Tomaszewski, MB Roland Distillery.
