2.

Environment Management Plan

• Impact on Water Environment The abstraction of water from ground shall be done once, there after only make water is required.

• Impact on Air Environment The dust generated is insignificant as compared to mining process of other hard minerals like the process of drilling, blasting, mechanized loading etc.

• Noise and vibration Environment. As there will be no heavy earth moving machinery, there will not be any major impact on noise level due to mining and other association activities. Blasting technique will not be used for lifting, hence no possibility of land vibration. The mining activity will not have any significant impact on the noise environment of the region.

• Biological Environment. The mining activity will have insignificant effect on the existing flora and fauna.

• Socio-Economic Environment This project will provide employment to the people residing in vicinity. Approximately 5-8 people will be benefited by the project. Only local labor will be used for the proposed pond construction activities.
