Proposal to Convert the Long House Alaskan Hotel Into Housing for the Severely Mentally Ill What’s Happening? • ACCEPTING COMMENTS: The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority Board of Trustees met on January 30 th in Juneau — they held a 30-minute public comment period on the Long House funding proposal; 11 people called in via teleconference. The Board did not make any funding decision at this meeting. They encouraged the public to submit comments, concerns and questions. Next meeting is February 8th at City Hall. The general public is NOT invited to attend. Please let your voice be heard on this proposal!
