WIXON Served the Town as Selectman from March 1967 through January 6, 1970 Served as Finance Committee Chairman 24 years. Served as Dennis-Yarmouth School Committee Member from August 1954 through January 6, 1970 Mr. Wixon worked for many years watching the economy of the town as Chairman of the Finance Committee. He also served the town as a member and later Chairman of the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School for approximately 16 years. His one term of Selectman was cut short by his passing away on January 6, 1970. He will be greatly missed by the people in the Town of Dennis.
