INSTRUCTIONS

Initial qualifying order must be received by Imperial Customer Service (see fax number below) between December 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015. Subsequent orders may be placed through March 31, 2015.

Non-program items can be included to meet dollar requirements. Requested ship date must be prior to June 1, 2015 for all program orders.

“PRE-SEASON NET PRICES” FOR MANIFOLDS*, HOSES, GAUGES AND KWIK-COUPLER™ ADAPTERS WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2015. *EXCLUDES IMANIFOLD™ AND ACCESSORIES

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE. This program is exclusive and not offered in conjunction with any other promotion or discount program.

Option I: $12,000 (NET) QUALIFYING ORDER • Additional 3% discount from 2015 Pre-Season Program Pricing. • Maximum of three shipments up to two locations prior to June 1, 2015 (Freight Prepaid). • Subsequent orders must total $1,500.00 each (net) to qualify for Pre-Season program pricing and prepaid freight.

Option II: $6,000 (NET) QUALIFYING ORDER • 2015 Pre-Season Program Pricing. • Maximum of three shipments up to two locations prior to June 1, 2015 (Freight Prepaid). • Subsequent orders must total $750.00 each (net) to qualify for Pre-Season program pricing and prepaid freight.

Option III: $3,000 (NET) QUALIFYING ORDER This option is reserved for wholesalers and class “A” customers who qualify for the .70 and .63 discount multiplier from list price sheet 5-364-R. • 2015 Pre-Season Program Pricing. • One shipment to one location prior to June 1, 2015 (Freight Prepaid). • Subsequent orders must total $250.00 each (net) to qualify for Pre-Season program pricing.
