Terms of Reference Membership • To co-ordinate the implementation of the OPW CFRAM Programme, including detailed review DAFM of Programme direction, progress and outputs. Terms of Reference Membership • Attend a number (approximately five (5)) one-day Stakeholder Workshops at An Bord Pleanala key project phases to provide views and feedback on the CFRAM Programme An Taisce Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI) and Floods Directive implementation. The five key project phases are: SEA Badgerwatch Scoping; Draft Flood Map; FRM Objectives; Preliminary Option Report and Bat Conservation Ireland Draft FRMP BirdWatch Ireland • Be presented with regular updates on the Shannon CFRAM Study and Floods Bord Gáis Networks Directive Implementation. Terms of Reference Membership • To provide a forum at a national level for the OPW technical coordination of the implementation of the CFRAM Studies and the delivery of the CFRAM Consultants requirements of the ‘Floods’ Directive. Roscommon County Council • Be presented with regular (approximately every six weeks) updates on the progress of the Shannon CFRAM Study Leitrim County Council and related ‘Floods’ Directive matters, and provide views, Tipperary County Council opinions and advice on same.
