Soviet Foreign Minister Shevardnadze is scheduled to meet with the President on Friday, September 27. ·- In preparation for the meeting, a prebrief is scheduled on Thursday, September 26 -- at. a time to be determined. The scenario of the President's meeting with the Soviet Foreign Minister on Friday, September 27, is:
