Isabelle Rowlatt—Heritage Consultant

Isabelle Rowlatt, GML Heritage Consultant, is an award-winning heritage specialist with a background in architecture and heritage conservation. She holds a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) from the University of Newcastle and a Master of Heritage Conservation from the University of .

Prior to joining GML, Isabelle worked as an architectural technician, providing specialist heritage advice and developing strategies relating to the heritage conservation of local and state heritage places for a range of clients.

Through her tertiary education and industry experience, Isabelle has developed her skills in preparing heritage reports and producing heritage impact statements, heritage assessments and photographic archival recordings. She has played an important role in several of GML’s large-scale heritage projects for local government clients including the Hornsby, North Sydney and Ryde councils. Qualifications Master of Heritage Conservation, University of Isabelle is passionate about the conservation of built, landscape, and Sydney intangible cultural heritage, and the possibilities that arise with new Bachelor of Design (Architecture), University of Newcastle design in historic settings.
