Our technical team has experience of varied field ranging from infrastructure development sector to internationally funded development. Our team is consisting of the experts like urban planners, urban designers, landscape architect, environmental planner, social expert, governance advisor and engineers to work on a holistic approach towards a sustainable development project.

1.3 BRIEF HISTORY OF FIRM

The firm was established in 1964 by Bhaskar D. Sahasrabhojanee, graduated at Nagpur and London. Later the firm was converted into a Partnership firm with TECHNOCRATS with Masters Degree in Urban design and Planning with specialization in Housing. A deed to this effect was registered with the Registrar of firms (No. 264 0f 1984).

All partners of the firm are registered with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, as per Architects’ Act of 1972. In 1994 the firm diversified in other fields like Landscape designing, Interior designing, Construction, Environment Planning, Project‐report preparation, Social Reform Planning and Project Management.

In 1998 April the firm’s Management body was restructured and is named as CREATIVE CIRCLE. Registered under the Indian partnership act 1932, (No. NGP‐ 9050/04‐05).

During these 47 years of practice our firm has handled projects of various nature and magnitude. Prominent works handled in different categories are listed on the next page.
