MARK A. STANSBERRY Chairman, The GTD Group

Mark A. Stansberry is Chairman of The GTD Group (www.thegtdgroup.com). He has been active in the energy industry for over thirty years. In addition, he has been involved in banking, real estate development, federal/international government relations and business ventures. From 1988 to 2008, he served as President of The Royalty Company. He served from 1975-76 on the staff of U. S. Senator Dewey F. Bartlett.

Mr. Stansberry currently serves on the Board of Directors of PostRock Energy Corp. (PSTR, NASDAQ-Global), and is a member of the audit committee. He has served on numerous boards including the governing nine-member Board of Regents of the Regional University System of Oklahoma, (RUSO) from 2001-2010. He was appointed by Governor for a nine-year term. He served as Chairman of RUSO from 2006-07, and he served on the audit, building, strategic advancement, and presidential search committees for the six universities system. He served on the Board of Regents of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma from 1988 to 1993, chairman- 1990- 91, appointed by Governor . He was chairman of the 2007 Governor’s International Team under Governor Brad Henry. Currently, he serves on the Board of Trustees of Oklahoma Christian University, Board of Visitors of the School of Public Policy, Pepperdine University, Chairman of the Board of Directors of People to People International, (World-wide Operations), Chairman of the Academy of Leadership and Liberty, Board of Directors of The Fund for American Studies, and Corporate Secretary, Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Heritage Association, Gaylord-Pickens Museum, 2007-11, and Board, the University of Central Oklahoma Foundation.

He served as president of The International Society of The Energy Advocates from 2003 to 2009, chairman of Oklahoma’s State Chamber Energy Council from 2003 to 2010, chairman of the 81st Annual Oklahoma Hall of Fame event and chairman and founder of the International Energy Policy Conference since 1992 www.energypolicyconference.com

Mr. Stansberry has testified before the U. S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee and other government entities. In 1991, Mr. Stansberry co-authored the energy handbook, The Acquisition Process and Due Diligence: Minimize Risk/Maximize Return! He is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University. He is 2008 graduate of the Directors College, Stanford University. He has completed The University of Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance, “Compliance and Beyond: Developing Effective Directors”, The University of Texas at Dallas, Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance, “Risk Management for Globally Interconnected Enterprises”, and Rice University’s Directors Energy Institute. He is a graduate of the Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems held at Georgetown University. His association memberships include the Independent Petroleum Association of America, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, and Association of International Petroleum Negotiators. He was inducted into the Western Oklahoma Hall of Fame in 2009. In 1996, he was named one of the “Ten Outstanding Young Oklahomans” by the Oklahoma Jaycees.

Mr. Stansberry has spoken nationally including speaking engagements in Washington, D.C., Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Wichita, and Kansas City. He has spoken on television, radio and has had numerous newspaper interviews. He has had articles published in trade journals and newspapers. He is currently the radio host of The Weekly Roundtable, KFAQ AM1170, Tulsa, Ok. and he has a monthly column.

Mr. Stansberry and his wife, Nancy, of Edmond, Oklahoma have been married for over thirty-three years. They have three grown children and five grandchildren.
