Debuting at #8 and setting the record for highest ever debut on the Hot 100 is Katy Perry’s Chained To The Rhythm ft. Skip Marley. The track, which is also this week’s Most Added, entered one spot ahead of the previous record holder, ’s Can’t Stop The Feeling. The #1 Hot 100 Heatseeker is Lost Kings’ Phone Down which hit #45 from #100, a total of 55 places. The next best was Marian Hill’s Down which now sits at #33 from #64.
