FIRST AMENDED SCHEDULE OF AVOIDANCE ACTIONS

This First Amended Schedule, which has been approved by the Informal Committee2 and the Official Committee, contains a list of current defendants and potential defendants to Avoidance Actions which have or may be commenced by the Responsible Person and/or the Official Committee, on behalf of the Debtors, or the Plan Committee pursuant to the Second Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation of Musicland Holding Corp. and Its Affiliated Debtors dated October 13, 2006 (the “Plan”). The parties listed below received transfers in the aggregate of more than $50,000.00. The Debtors, with the consent of the Informal Committee and the Official Committee, specifically reserve the right up until the Effective Date to amend this Schedule to add to or remove any creditors listed below and/or to modify the aggregate minimum threshold amount used. The parties listed below include any and all of their affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, aliases, d/b/a’s and agents, as well as any mediate or ultimate transferees of the transfers in issue, all of whom are deemed incorporated herein by reference.
