FROM THE RECTOR’S DESK Dear Faithful,

The Lord has prepared a marriage feast and we are invited. Wonderful invitation! However some people decline the invitation. Negligence, idleness, good excuses or materialistic occupations are able to make men careless or completely deaf.

Everybody has friends or relatives who do not go to church on Sunday. This absence is a suffering and when you go to church you say to yourself: When are they going to be attentive to the invitation? Don’t give up! Your sorrow has a pain of big value, your spiritual dolor is able to have big power.

Pope Saint Leo the Great said, “The faith of those who live their faith is a serene faith. What you long for will be given you; what you love will be yours forever.”

Very truly yours,

Canon Benoît Jayr INSTITUTE OF CHRIST THE KING SOVEREIGN PRIEST ST STANISLAUS BISHOP & MARTYR PARISH Announcements and Upcoming Events
