6 The Galleria on the Park 9 Minute Walk From 995 Dupont Street The Galleria on the Park Community is a large scale project that launched in late 2019 and is currently in the development process. It will be located on the South-West corner of Dufferin St and Dupont St, occupying the land that is currently the Galleria Mall; its expansive parking lot and Wallace Emerson Park.

The Galleria on the Park Community is will build 2,896 residential units spread throughout eight towers and is estimated to be home to approximately 6,000 people.

This development is much more than condominiums however; it will also contain a 95,000 SF community centre, equipped with a gym, swimming pools, day care centres. Additionally, this project intends to expand on the current Wallace Emerson Park, creating a new and improved eight acre community public park. A similar large-scale development at Bloor St and Dufferin St is proposed within the vicinity of The Galleria on the Park Community.
