By Train The Caledonian Sleeper service runs overnight from London Euston to Fort William. It is a scenic journey on the world famous West Highland Line to the quaintly-named Upper Tyndrum station, where you would change to a local train for the final two stops to Rannoch station.

Trains from Glasgow Queen Street to Mallaig via Fort William depart 3 or 4 times a day and stop at Rannoch Station. A note of caution: the train divides at Crianlarich, so ensure that you sit in the carriages heading towards Fort William and Mallaig, rather than those heading towards Oban.

The final few miles We provide a taxi service to and from Rannoch station at a nominal fee which you would need to book with us in advance. There is also a local bus from Pitlochry: head towards the Westend car park and take the No.82 bus towards B846 for 19 stops (which takes about an hour) and get off at ‘The Village Kinloch Rannoch’.
