SECTION 3 1. In page 5, between lines 29 and 30, to insert the following:

SECTION 10 * 3. In page 10, before section 10, to insert the following new section:

“Amendment of 10.—Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended— section 28 (annual reports, (a) in subsection (1), with effect from 6 months after the passing of this Act, chairperson's report by substituting “not later than 4 months after the end of each accounting and furnishing of year of the company” for “not later than 6 months after the end of each information to Minister) of accounting year of the company”, and Principal Act. (b) in subsection (4)—

(ii) that more than 30 of its current full time employees are likely to continue to be so employed full time under contracts of service during the accounting year following that to which the accounts relate,

as determined in accordance with section 30(1)(a)(ii).”.”.

[Acceptance of this amendment involves the deletion of section 10 of the Bill.]
