Block Island is an amazing community with many citizens who were once Boy Scouts, all who helped me with my Eagle project. I received more help than I could have ever believed, including a troop from Connecticut who pitched in to help me during their trip to . That’s !

I know it would never have been possible without my troop, friends, and community. Distinguished Citizens Award Luncheon Our 22nd Annual Distinguished Citizens Award Luncheon honored Helena Foulkes of CVS Health and CVS Pharmacy; and Howard Bromberg of Benny’s. Chaired by Paul Choquette, Jr. of Gilbane, the luncheon raised HELENA FOULKES $291,400 for the local Scoutreach program. Executive Vice President, CVS Health & President, CVS Pharmacy 26th Annual Moby Dick Scouting Golf Classic In 2017, 112 golfers participated in our 26th annual golf classic, which raised $43,590— another record breaking year for the event. All proceeds support Scouting in the Narragansett Council. HOWARD BROMBERG President of Benny’s Vale la Pena The Pawtucket Red Sox were honored for their work with urban youth in our communities at this annual luncheon. We raised $12,050, with proceeds from this event supporting the local Scoutreach program. (It’s worth the effort!)
