Seller Insight

We have lived at 7 Shotover Kilns since May 2013 and it was an ideal house to bring up our daughter being close to Shotover County Park of which I am an active member of the Shotover Conservation group. We particularly like our home being well placed for shops, amenities and road networks and have always appreciated the quietness and privacy and it is lovely seeing deer walk pass our home. We are also very lucky having wonderful neighbours.

In the summer the balcony area is lovely, great for partying and is a real sun-trap.

My favourite room is the kitchen/diner as I really like cooking, but I will certainly miss the peace and quiet that the house offers.”*
