From these tables, we saw that the two principal candidates, both Muslim-Fulani and from the North,

Buhari from North West and Atiku from North East, they had strongholds. Buhari controlled Northwest and North East zones. Atiku had strange strongholds in South East and South. So the neutral zones were

North Central and South West. These readings will definitely have implications for the plotting of victory in the post Buhari era of 2023.

However, the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mamood Yakubu on Thursday, 28th February, 2019 presented certificates of election to APC Presidential Candidate, Incumbent Muhammadu Buhari and his Vice, Prof. Yemi Osibajo. Here is the photosplash.
