We invite all members of the stake to join together in fasting and prayer this Sunday for missionary experiences throughout the month of June. We invite you to consider specific ways to get involved in the stake's efforts to flood the stake with the Book of Mormon. We encourage you to act on the promptings you receive and to make a plan to invite others to come unto Christ. With God, all things are possible (Matt 19:26). Thank you brothers and sisters for your constant efforts to love, serve, and lift others. We are inspired and strengthened by your commitment and devotion to the Lord.

Meet the Members

Jeff and Lora Campbell:

Hi, we are Jeff and Lora Campbell. We were both born and raised in so. Cal, where all 3 of our children were also born. We moved to Reno in 1991 and lived in Southwest Reno for 25 years before Jeff took early retirement from the pharmaceutical industry 5 years ago and we decided to downsize and found the perfect place for us in The Village at Somersett. We love our ward family here and feel like part of the family. We have 3 children. Our oldest, Mallory, is married to Michael who is currently deployed in Kuwait. They live in southwest Reno with their 12 ½ yr old twin girls and a 10 year old girl (and they are perfection!) Our middle child, Juliann, is also married to a Michael and they live in Fallon with their 7 year old girl and 2 ½ yr old boy and are expecting #3 before the end of the year. (They are also perfection!). Our youngest, Skyler, is married to Emily and they have a 2 ½ yr old girl and are expecting a baby boy in July (also perfection!) We love Reno and the surrounding areas and all the beauty they have to offer. Lora currently serves as a teacher and boys primary activity days co- leader and Jeff is Elders Quorum secretary. We enjoy traveling and have seen a lot of this beautiful world with plans to see more once things open up again. Jeff is an avid skier, bike rider and hiker. I am an avid grandma, bike rider, genealogist and I dabble in watercolour painting. That's us in a nutshell.
