! “White rook” All-Russian tournament is held for schoolchildren of secondary schools. ! All-Russian Sport Schools Championship is held for the pupils of Youth Sport Schools on Chess. ! All-Russian University Games (Universiada) is held for the students.

! 1998 – my festival “Chess in School” as a part of Demo Program of World Youth Games in Moscow was the impact to my decision to establish The International Organization for developing chess in schools. ! 1999 – ISCU was registered in Russia and became affiliated organization of European Chess Union and FIDE. ISCU activity starts! ! 2003 – FIDE Congress in Kallithea (Greece) approved ISCU proposal to announce 2005 year as “School Chess Year in FIDE Countries”. ! 2005 – starting from this year World School Individual Chess Championships have been included into annual FIDE official Calendar.

Next WSCC-2016 and WSCC-2017 are planned to be held in Tunisia and Romania.

The System was built and became autonomous! 1. Establishment of the similar system for amateur university students at the same time with school system. 2. RSSU became the area for it. http://www.europechess.org/calendar/2016-2/ RSSU invites chess players to take part in European Student Grand Prix. This tournament will be held in framework of Moscow Open – 2016.

The Organizing Committee of the International CUP of RSSU (festival Moscow Open-2016) invites students who love chess to take part in personal-team tournament . That will be from January 28 till February 7, 2016). The Student Tournament will have three nominations: - Participants with FIDE rating up to 1700 or without any rating - Participants with FIDE rating up to 2000 - Participants with FIDE rating up to 2300

The Winners of the nominations will be awarded with RSSU grant for the participation in Amateur World Chess Championship (Greece, April 2016;). Free hotel and transfer will be provided. The Regulations are on the web-site: http://open.moscowchess.org/festival

Full time students and post-graduate students are allowed to take part in the event. Participants should be not elder than 27 years (d.o.b. 1989 and younger). At registration (getting accreditation) one should have Certificate of studying at university (doing post-graduate course) or student ID card (record book). 1. To establish international network of “Chess Universities” where chess work is done at any level. This network should be created in Russia. In future foreign universities should be invited to join it. First of all European universities are welcome.

2. To distribute the system of European Student Grand Prix – to look for universities-organizers in European countries.

3. To summarize the experience of teaching chess at schools and work out the discipline for pedagogical universities “Methodics of teaching chess pupils of elementary school”.
