TIMING BIB TAG

Your run will be timed with the help of the RFID bib tag system. Your RFID bib tag has been attached to your bib back.

A 'Bib Tag' is a transponder marked with a unique identification number. The bib tag can be used under all weather conditions, wet and dry, cold and hot. The bib tag starts to send its signal as it crosses the start and finish gates and the designated split points on the course. Your time at such points will be captured and duly recorded. Please do ENSURE TO CROSS ALL THE TIMING POINTS placed on the route; this is essential to capture your split timings. Timing results will not be generated for runners who miss crossing the timing points on the course and/or the start/finish gates; such runners will not be entitled to rankings nor to be considered under prize money winning positions (refer to page 20).

Important: Each bib tag is specifically allocated to the running number of individual runners. Any interchange of bib/bib tag will amount to no timing and disqualification of your participation from the 2017 and 2018 editions of the Event. Usage of multiple timing devices will not record your time and will amount to disqualification. Also please note you cannot use this bib tag to time yourself at any other distance running event.

WEATHER INFORMATION

ACC Weather Forecast for Delhi on 19th November 2017 – 28° High and 10° Low. On race day, please dress taking into account the cold temperatures, especially since you need to assemble in the stadium at least one hour prior to your start time.

You may at your discretion wear a body warmer or an additional t-shirt under your running gear. As you are aware, the air pollution levels are currently high in Delhi. Please speak to your doctor regarding your health history and for any specific precautions. This is especially important if you have a history of respiratory ailments.

The finish area is a secure area with no public access. You should arrange to meet your supporters outside the JLN Stadium.

Welcome the finish line with your arms wide open!
