The Cleft-Craniofacial Center at Albany Med is led by Courtney Carpenter, MD. A fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Carpenter specializes in craniofacial and is specially trained in microsurgery and pediatric .

Dr. Carpenter completed fellowships in microsurgery and craniofacial surgery at Albany Med and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, respectively. She completed her residency in plastic surgery at Montefiore Medical Center and received her medical degree from the University of Courtney Carpenter, MD Massachusetts Medical School.
